All text and images are copyright of Wilde Flower and should not be used without prior consent. Except for personal use where the artists name and title of the piece is presented alongside the image. Should you wish to use images from this site for any other purpose please contact us to discuss further.

All items displayed on this website are original Wilde Flower designs, it is a violation of copyright laws to replicate or reproduce these designs. If you do not abide by these terms we will take you to court.

+ Prohibitions

You must not misuse this website. You will not: commit or encourage a criminal offence; transmit or distribute virus, Trojan, worm, logic bomb or post any other material which is malicious, technologically harmful, in breach of confidence or in any way offensive or obscene; hack into any aspect of the service; corrupt data; cause annoyance to other users; infringe upon the rights of any person’s proprietary rights; send any unsolicited advertising or promotional material, commonly referred to as “spam”; or attempt to affect the performance or functionality of any computer facilities of or accessed through this Website. Breaching this provision would constitute a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990.

Wilde Flower will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and disclose your identity to them. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programmes, data or other proprietary material due to your use of this Website or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.

+ Warranty

During the Warranty Period of twelve months from purchase, we will repair or replace, at no charge, any item that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and care. Items damaged as a result of general wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

+ Commissions

Wilde Flower reserves the right to all designs even after the physical piece is completed and sold. Unless previously agreed upon in writing, Wilde Flower can replicate any commissioned piece for any reason including to be added for sale to the general public.

If you wish for a piece to be a one-off and not be availble to anyone else (excluding the artist) this must be agreed upon, in writing, before any works on the piece, including designing, has begun. This will affect the price quoted.
